Life must be understood backwards, but we often forget that it also must be lived forwards.

An Icy Situation

That’s what my article I need to read for business class should be called. Well… I guess the name it already has is fine, but I like mine too~

Today was yet another day of school. Business I read my book and participated in class, Biology we did a lab kind of thing where we pretend to cross genetics w/ a partner. Easy stuff. Then for Technology we worked on our design briefs for our latest project where we make a doll house… I think I spoke of it before… Lastly, in English, me and my partner T presented our issue on divorce, which somehow took the whole period (an hour) That was funny. If each presentation takes that long, then we’ll be doing nothing for the rest of the week in English~

New Songs on my ‘favourite’ list that I have yet to add:
Tie Me Down by New Boyz ft. Ray J
Broken by Lifehouse
Cry by Jay Sean
Everybody In Love by JLS

Currently: Going to go practice piano

Reading: Extras by Scott Westerfeld. I’m a quarter way through~

Swamped

Gah. So much homework… I have three assignments due on Monday, plus homework from those three subjects… I think my favourite subject right now is tech. I have nothing from it…

On my way to my piano lessons, I was listening to the American Top Forty
This was number 40. I never heard it before, but I liked it…

Number 38. I’ve heard it a few times and liked it

You were always hard to hold
So letting go ain’t easy
I’m hanging on but growing cold
While my mind is leaving

Talk, talk is cheap
Give me a word you can keep
Cause you’re halfway gone and I’m on my way
And I’m feeling, feelin feelin this way
Cause I’m halfway in but don’t take too long
Cause I’m halfway gone, I’m halfway gone
You got one foot out the door
And choking on the other
Always think theres something more
Its just around the corner

Talk, talk is cheap
Give me a word you can keep
Cause I’m halfway gone and I’m on my way
And I’m feeling, feelin feelin this way
Cause you’re halfway in but don’t take too long
Cause I’m halfway gone, I’m halfway gone

If you want me out, then I’m on my way
And I’m feelin, feelin feelin this way
Cause you’re halfway in, but don’t take too long
Cause I’m halfway gone, I’m halfway gone (wohoww wohoww)
I’m halfway gone, I’m halfway gone (wohoww wohoww)

Now I’m halfway gone, I’m halfway gone
Don’t take too long, don’t take too long
Cause I’m on my way
If you take too long
Cause I’m halfway gone and I’m on my way
And I’m feeling, feelin Im feelin this way
Cause you’re halfway in but don’t take too long
Cause I’m halfway gone, I’m halfway gone

If you want me out, then I’m on my way
And I’m feelin , feelin feelin this way
Cause you’re halfway in, but dont take too long
Cause I’m halfway gone, I’m halfway gone (wohoww wohoww)
Cause I’m halfway gone, and I’m halfway gone (wohoww wohoww)
Cause I’m halfway gone, yeah I’m halfway gone

^the lyrics, they don’t show in the video..
Okay, I’m done… I’ll probably post later if something more exciting happens..

Good Morning World.

This is a very early post.

Well, yesterday, I would have posted, but I kind of was in pain.
You see, I went biking for the first time since July, and I’m out of practice. Though I’m usually not THIS bad, I was pretty bad yesterday. I wiped out three times, meeting the pavement with the right side of my body. Let’s just say that side isn’t happy this morning. *cringes in pain*
Ah well, it was still a hell of a lot of fun~~

Three more days left of March Break, and I have gotten almost no work done… Yay… Now it’s like cram time. I have to finish my science assignment… and study for a test. Sigh.
And oddly, I have only finished one book so far… I seriously read more when I have school and work and tons of homework than I do without all that. Weird.

Today, I’m going to watch Bounty Hunter (hopefully) or She’s Out Of My League (er…) with Danica and Anna . Can’t wait, I so want to see this movie because it looks so awesome~~!! Bounty Hunter that is. I love Geraud Butler and Jennifer Aniston! They’re movies are always pretty good, plus I loved Friends~~ She’s so out of my League looks like it’ll be funny. I remember that guy who’s starring in it, Jay, when he was with Elisha Cuthbert in Popular Mechanics. Now most kids these days would be like ‘what the heck is Popular Mechanics for Kids!?’ I used to love that show~ Still watch it every now and then.

Just heard this new song by Iyaz (Most Known Song: Replay) and Charice (Most Known Song: Note to God)

It’s not a bad song~

Currently: Attempting to finish my bio assignment. I don’t get, like, half the questions…

Stressful Wednesday

So I’m finished with my history essay. But I have to finish my careers assignment by tomorrow, and I seem to have lost the assignment sheet. Not good. And I have a science quiz tomorrow, which’ll probably be like 5 pages long like our last quiz, making it into a test. Then I have to finish my math homework, and I don’t even know why I’m even on here typing. I should be doing my work!!

Boring Monday.

Today was basically a boring day. History we watched a movie, in which I pathetically cried over… In careers we watched Dirty Jobs, which wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t the most interesting thing on the earth. In science, it was a work period, and in math, we just continued with Trig. We got our quadratic function test back though, and I actually got an 86.6% on it. Happiest moment of the day!

After school, I went to Anime Club, and just chilled. We kind of organized the x-mas party for next monday, and the secret santa which will also occurr next mon. For the rest of the club meeting, I watched my two friends D and D play Yu-Gi-Oh, and my friend RL fail at drawing a square for the club poster, so overall it was an okay meeting…

All I had for homework today was math and my history essay, which I’m half-way done.

Two more weeks ’til winter break~

Eaton’s Center

Today, I spent the whole day at the Eaton’s Center. It’s located downtown Toronto, and it’s huge. Granted, it’s not as big as Edmonton Mall, it’s still pretty big. Every year, at around this time, my family goes down to the Eaton’s Center for ‘Breakfast With Santa’ at Sears. It’s been a tradition. We’ve been going there since I was eight. And every year, there’s this lady named Megan and she greets us, remember each of our names, which is amazing. I can hardly remember some of the people from my last school, and I spent everyday of school with them. So basically, Breakfast with Santa is just that. Breakfast with Santa. Sears sets up a buffet table where people serve you food (kind of killing the idea of a buffet) and then you get like juice, milk, tea, and/or coffee. You eat your food, then the dude dressed as Santa comes in playing with jingle bells. He sits down on his chair by the fire place, and then the little kids run up to tell Santa what they want for Christmas. Later on, they have this story time thing, and then you can go decorate cookies, which in my case I dump as much sugar as each cookie can possibly fit and then continue on my way.

Once that’s over, we just walk around and shop in the mall for the rest of the day, sometimes we go skating at Nathan Philips Square, or we just go walking down the street for fun.

By the end of the day, we’re all dead tired, and then just order food and drop dead in our beds, sleeping in late on Sunday~

Painful Thursday

Today, I woke up with a headache, when to school with a headache, did my math test with a headache, and still have a headache, and it’s painful………

I think I did okay on my math test, well good as in around 60… I don’t put my expectations higher than that anymore.

Yesterday I was listening to my radio on 98.1 CHFI. They’re playing all Christmas songs now, and one of my old favourites was on.

Take a listen. Josh Groban is a really amazing singer.

Currently: Chilling for once. No homework!!
