Life must be understood backwards, but we often forget that it also must be lived forwards.

♪~ Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars, I could really use a wish right now

I like the chorus to that song, but the verses are… eh.

It is Friday, April 30th, 2010. The end of April. This past month has been a pain in the butt and I’m sure next month will be just as much of a piss off.
But it’s done, I’m happy.

So this past week, I’ve done nothing REALLY productive. I finished a biology assignment, but missed three main points, so I’m expecting a not so great mark on that… I did a presentation for said assignment with a bunch of other people, and it was okay, I guess. Then today we had a huge Bio test, which I was mildly prepared for. I think I did okay on it though, so I’m happy~
Business was getting interesting, and now it’s getting boring again. It’s a good subject, good teacher. But some things are like… well… boring.
English is same old same old. We watched Akeelah and the Bee (and finished it). I still like the Asian guy. He’s cool because he’s such a trad Asian kid. One of my friends thought Javier (sp) nice guy and the Asian guy (Dylan?) were so sweet and kind to Akeelah. Then, out loud to the class, she said ‘why can’t any of the guys here be that nice and cute??’ Nice, right?
We also watched Hotel Rwanda, which was really… good? interesting?… well it was both… but it was really kind of sick… like wacked… like epically messed up. The saddest thing was that this actually happened. It’s sad the stupidity of man kind. Slaughtering one another, and others standing by to watch. Like what the @#&$.
In tech, our dollhouse is really ticking me off. The wood was so warped when we started with it, and it messed up the whole house, not it’s so disformed and ugly and none of the last few pieces want to fit properly. Sigh.

My glasses have come in, but I have to wait until next week to get them… *sad*

This weekend is the usual on Saturday and then on Sunday I have to help clean the house, wash dishes and junk, and help cook for my sister’s birthday. Fun. At least my family will be around to have fun with~

Currently: doing nothing productive… doing nothing at all actually…

Everyday, when I go to school, I need to take the TTC. Well, I don’t have to, but it’d be a pretty long walk without it. If you don’t know what the TTC is, it’s Toronto Transit Committee, AKA public transit, AKA buses and subways. On the TTC are a vast array of different people. I take a bus with some pretty odd people. On the first bus I take, there is usually this lady who seems mentally unstable… She’s always talking to herself and once she just broke down crying and everyone on the bus was like “What…? o-o” It was seriously weird. And sometimes there’s this guy who talks to himself really loudly. At first I thought that he was yelling into his bluetooth, but then discovered there was no communication device in his ear, and I was epically freaked out when he started swearing at me at the place that is my usual transfer spot.

I hate when you ride the bus, and you have a large backpack, and people on the bus like stare at you, or get pissed off at you for having a large backpack and it’s like “Do you really thing I WANTED this much homework?” Seriously? And other times, bus drivers are being annoying. I once got yelled at for trying to get onto the bus. There was like ten people on it, it was not saying out of service, and the doors were open for people to get on, but no. When I get on, the driver has to yell, but when the people before me got on, they were let through without even a glance. Bums – . –

Okay. That was my mini rant for the day~

Currently: Debating between my three science assignments/projects or my math homework…. eh. I’ll just do the assignments, they’re worth more…
